This is one of our top 10 plants for the miniature garden. It keeps on blooming all summer and through the winter with tiny white flowers. In mild winter regions it is evergreen. The tiny, light green spoon-shaped leaves form a dense mounding mat of foliage. It can be used as a stepable plant when planted between stepping-stones. Bellium is not picky about the soil it is planted in, but needs regular watering to thrive. Can easily be sheared back if it needs to be controlled in a miniature garden. The bees love it.
