Swimming in Culinary Chemistry I teach high school chemistry and I have one of these in my classroom. View CommentECOLIFE Aquaponics Kit in the Classroom! I have two Ecolife Aquaponics kits that I use in my middle school science classroom, and the students LOVE them! Students are able to understand in a real world application the process of the nitrogen cycle and how nutrients are cycled through an ecosystem. The only water that needs to be replaced is water lost due to evaporation, so this is also an excellent tool for teaching students the principles of water conservation, as well as sustainability and food security.
