What kind house plant or indoor tree is this?

Picture of plant or tree here:

My daughter went on a school field trip to a indoor green house and she came home with a clipping from this tree or bush, or whatever it may be and she doesn’t know anything about it.
I looked it up and thought it was a Abutilon (Flowering maple) but then i don’t see the red to purple veins and the stem of the leaves.
Not a young plant its a clipping

  1. Is it a Fycus!?

  2. It looks like it has maple leaves

  3. May be maple leaves. Young or juvenile plants often have leaves really different from adult plants(so may have to give it some time(it still may be Abutilon (in Hibiscus family)) . Also, eventually, if not otherwise identified, a flower would do it. Also, it always helps to know where the plant is geographically.

  4. it is ==

    Redvein Abutilon OR
    Abutilon pictum (Gillies) Walp.

    Family Malvaceae

    The image below is not EXACTLY redveined as it is just Abutilon pictum
